If the desulfurizing gypsum dryer realize low energy consumption and high output, then the problem we should consider in designing the dryer equipment is ventilation effect of dust remover because it has effect to the quantity of dryer equipment. If we want the high output ,we must design the dust remover reasonably to ensure the dryer equipment has the negative pressure. At this point the high temperature gas which produced by fluidized bed furnace is inhaled into the inside of dryer,then make it exchange the heat with the material and eliminate it in time. Reducing the temperature of the exhaust gas of the dryer’s inside, in this way, the material can be dried quickly and the heat sources can be used fully.

We should pay attention to the problem of wind, fire and material. The output of dryer is high or low is depend on the balance of the wind, fire and material. Firstly, we should make sure the ventilation rate of the dust remover and the specification of the dryer and then make sure the heating of high temperature fluidized bed furnace whether suitable or not. Secondly, we should enhance operation ,add the material evenly, adjust the temperature of the heat resource in time , keep the temperature of furnace and exhaust gas stably and make sure the wind rate and wind pressure of dust remover. Only achieve these points, we can realize the high output and low consumption.
